About Soil pH Adjuster
Plants are picky about pH because it affects nutrient availability. Blueberries need acid (4.5). Vegetables like neutral (6.5).
Amendments
- To Raise pH (Sweeten): Use Garden Lime (Calcium Carbonate).
- To Lower pH (Acidify): Use Elemental Sulfur or Aluminum Sulfate.
How to Use
Enter Plot Size, Current pH, Target pH, and Soil Type (Clay/Sand/Loam). Clay needs more amendments to change than sand (buffering capacity).
